Is a registered office enough for banking and auditors?

It meets the legal requirement. Some banks and auditors may also want proof of real activity (meetings, office, staff). We can help add these services if needed.

Can multiple companies use the same registered office?

Yes. We can keep separate mail logs and separate document folders for each company.

What happens with sensitive mail?

You choose the rule: scan everything, scan only covers, or do not scan. Sensitive items default to 'no scan' unless you approve scanning.

Do you store originals?

Yes. If you choose storage, we keep an inventory list and a checkout record for any originals taken out.

How fast can you switch our registered office?

Often within 2–5 business days once we have the documents and approvals. Bank/government updates can take longer depending on the institution.

Is a registered office required in Cyprus?

Yes. Every Cyprus company must have a registered office address under the Companies Law, Cap. 113. This is the address filed with the Registrar and used for official correspondence. We provide this as a standalone service or alongside corporate secretarial and directorship support.
