How long can I stay in Cyprus on a visitor permit?
Eligible nationals of countries exempt from Cyprus short-stay visa requirements may stay for up to 90 days under the applicable short-stay rules. For longer stays, you need a visitor residence permit. The duration depends on your circumstances and the authorities' decision. We confirm your options and the correct application at intake.
Can you book appointments and attend with clients?
We book appointments and provide attendance notes. Where the venue allows, we can attend with the client or provide a local representative.
Do you work with lawyers?
Yes. Where legal input is required, we coordinate with immigration lawyers. You still deal with MegaServe as your single point of contact.
What if I need an extension?
We track expiry dates and prepare the extension pack in advance. Updated funds and insurance are commonly required.
Do you handle translations and apostilles?
Yes. We coordinate certified translations and legalisations where required.
Can family members apply together?
Yes. Spouses and dependent children can apply alongside the main applicant, with linked files to keep the process efficient. Relationship documents (marriage/birth certificates) usually need apostille and certified translation. Each family member needs their own insurance and funds evidence where required.
Can I work in Cyprus on a visitor residency permit?
No. A visitor residency permit is for legal stay only and does not permit employment in Cyprus. If you intend to take employment in Cyprus, you need an employment route such as General Employment or the EU Blue Card; qualifying remote work for an overseas employer or clients may instead fall under the Digital Nomad Visa, and we coordinate the transition.
How much does MegaServe's visitor permit service cost?
Total cost has two parts: MegaServe's coordination fee (covering eligibility check, evidence pack, appointment booking, submission, and follow-ups) and government/authority fees (application fees, biometrics, residency card, and any legalisation or translation required). We provide a clear written quote after the intake call with no hidden charges. Family members are billed per applicant and extensions are priced separately from initial applications.
