Typical arrangements are fixed fee for scoped deliverables (memo, plan, closing support), retainer for ongoing PMO and integration work, or day-rate for short advisory blocks. We confirm fees in writing after the scoping call, and only proceed once you've signed off the budget. No hidden or success-based fees unless explicitly agreed.
