Each engagement starts with a clear scope and written outputs.
How do you price corporate consultancy engagements?
We scope each engagement individually because deal and project work varies widely. Typical arrangements are fixed fee for scoped deliverables (memo, plan, closing support), retainer for ongoing PMO and integration work, or day-rate for short advisory blocks. We confirm fees in writing after the scoping call, and only proceed once you've signed off the budget. No hidden or success-based fees unless explicitly agreed.
