Leadership

Djordje Bojic, Director and Founder of MegaServe

Djordje Bojic — Director, Founder & Compliance Officer

Djordje has worked in cross-border corporate services, banking coordination, and business development since 1987 — first in Belgrade with the Austrian Trade Commission, then through trading, consulting, and advisory roles across the Balkans, Cyprus, and the wider region. He founded MegaServe in 2006 after nearly a decade as an independent corporate service provider in Cyprus, and serves as the firm's director and compliance officer. He speaks Serbian, Greek, and English fluently, and Russian to a professional level.

His background spans oil and gas services, real estate development, financial structuring, and technology ventures — giving MegaServe practical insight across a broad range of client industries and corporate structures. He also holds directorships in Niksen Limited (construction and real estate development) and has co-founded ventures in mobile gaming.

Djordje personally reviews every new client engagement and remains the single point of accountability throughout. He leads a team of five professionals covering corporate administration, compliance, migration coordination, and client operations. The team collectively covers English, Greek, Serbian, Russian, Armenian, and Turkish.

How we work

  1. Scope & map — confirm objectives, regulators, dependencies, and critical dates.
  2. Evidence build — collect proofs via secure channels; create checklists and templates.
  3. Submission & liaison — file, track, and respond to authority queries.
  4. Controls & reporting — maintain registers, archives, and status dashboards.
  5. Review & improve — quarterly control checks; update templates to current practice.

What distinguishes our process: the director's personal involvement in every engagement, a genuine single point of contact rather than being passed between departments, and a bias toward speed — we move matters forward the same day wherever possible.

FAQ

Who do you typically work with?

International founders, investors, and families establishing operations or residency in Cyprus, plus established companies needing dependable compliance and governance.

Can you coordinate with our existing advisors?

Yes. We integrate with external legal, tax, and banking teams and maintain a shared filing calendar and evidence repository.

Do you provide fixed-fee engagements?

Most onboarding and standard filings are fixed-fee. Complex projects use milestone-based pricing with clear deliverables.

How quickly can we start?

Core onboarding can begin within 1–2 weeks once ID/KYC and scope are confirmed.

What is an administrative service provider (ASP) in Cyprus?

An ASP is a company licensed by CySEC to provide corporate administration, nominee, and fiduciary services. MegaServe holds ASP license 135/196, which means we are regulated, audited, and required to maintain compliance with Cyprus securities law.

Is MegaServe regulated by CySEC?

Yes. MegaServe Nominee Services Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission under ASP license number 135/196. We have been CySEC-regulated since 2015.

Why choose MegaServe over a law firm or Big 4 provider?

MegaServe offers a single responsive desk that coordinates corporate, migration, tax, and compliance services together — without the overhead, departmental handoffs, or billing structure of larger firms. The director is personally involved in every engagement, which means faster decisions and fewer delays.
